Accommodation

You will stay in a breathtaking Villa

Routine

It's your vacation, you decide what to do besides kitesurfing. Whether you want to sleep in, take a city trip, or just relax, no problem. We're happy to accommodate your wishes. You'll receive the exact schedule after booking. The day typically runs as follows:

Kitesurfing lessons starting at 11 am (depending on conditions)
Kitesurf until sunset or enjoy a drink or meal at the nearby beach bars.

Kitesurfing spot and center

We teach in Los Lances Norte, across from Chiringuito Agua. There you'll find our FYM and Flysurfer flags next to the boardwalk. Equipment Rental: For independent kitesurfers with an IKO license or equivalent, we offer an unlimited equipment rental package. We have all sizes of kites and boards, including strapless and foil boards.

Other activities

If there really isn't any wind, we have some great alternatives:

Visits to the old town of Tarifa
Yoga sessions and breathing workshops

How to get there

We recommend flying directly to Malaga, Jerez, or Seville. The cheapest option is usually a Ryanair flight. At the airport, you can take a bus to Tarifa or rent a car. You can also share a rental car with other camp participants.

On our trip we made a stopover in Tarifa. Seeing the kitesurfers every day made us spontaneously want to take a course. We quickly came across "freeyourmindexperience", because among other things they also offered German lessons. We contacted you via WhatsApp and received an immediate response with information about the process, what to expect and an initial session offered on the same day.

What a great way to learn kitesurfing in Tarifa! FYM is a really fun, calm and professional team. Experienced and patient instructors. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they sort out what you want to get out of the trip. Super cool team, we will come back every year!

A coach to fall in love with! Or do you say coach? Through her experience, Lilli gave me absolute security. She gives you self-confidence and allows you to discover new dimensions: sporty, individual and with all the love she makes kitesurfing a unique experience for you. In different places, Lilli familiarised me perfectly with the world of kitesurfing in a short time. She promotes what is inside you, she quickly feels what you are capable of and what you need to be safe on the board. To improve even more, I will be training with her again very soon and I recommend you to try this fantastic training with her yourself. I am 61 years old and had almost given up the dream of kitesurfing. Then Lilli showed me that almost everybody knows how to kitesurf. I wish it was all about the right technology and understandable instructions, and she was right!!!! I really enjoyed surfing through FYM and will soon return to Tarifa to learn more from her.
