We recommend flying directly to Malaga, Jerez or Seville.

The cheapest option is usually a flight with Ryanair. You are always well advised with Skyscanner.com. We are also happy to help you with your search, just let us know.

At the airport, you can either take the bus to Tarifa or rent a car directly. You can also share a rental car with other camp participants.

You will stay in nice shared apartment in Tarifa city where you will be able to live comfortably for the next upcoming days of your camp.

It’s your holiday, you decide what you want to do besides kiting.

If you want to sleep in once, or always sleep in, or take a day trip to the city, or or ….., no problem.

Feel free to decide what you really want. And just let us know.

We are also happy to accommodate any other wishes you may have, just ask.

You will receive the exact schedule after booking. As a rule, a day runs as described below.

• Kite lessons starting from 11 am (depending of the conditions)
•  Either kiting until sundowner, or enjoying a drink/food in the nearest beach bars.
• Dinner from 8pm, then get-together, bar or party? 😊

The place where we teach is in Los Lances Norte in front of Chiringüito Agua. Where you will find our FYM and FLysurfer flags next to the board walk

Our Place

There is always an FYM guide on site who is happy to help with whatever is needed and offers a kind of supervised kiting.

Equipment rental:
For all independent kitesurfers who have an IKO licence or equivalent level, our unlimited equipment rental package is available.

All sizes of kites and boards are available, as well as strapless boards and kite foil boards are included.

If there really is no wind, we have some really cool alternatives at the start.

We can go sandboarding, do a mountain tour or simply visit the old town of Tarifa.

Other options are extended yoga sessions and breathing workshops.

If you want to be sporty, we can go surfing or organise a motorboat and go wakeboarding.

Kitesurfing in Tarifa means perfect wind conditions all year round mixed with a good dose of beach and surf lifestyle.

But there are also some great kite specials and a lot of different spots that can be tried out by experienced kitesurfers on site.

We are happy to organise downwinders or go to wave spots.
During the camp, we also change the spots for schooling and focus on the best kite conditions.

What are the flights to Tarifa?

• You can reach Tarifa with low cost airlines from Europe such as RyanAir, Iberia, AirBerlin, Norwegian and EasyJet. For questions or advice, don’t hesitate to contact us!

• Many different airlines fly from all over Europe to Jerez, Malaga, Gibraltar and Seville. Malaga (AGP) is the nearest city and the closest is Jerez (XRY).

The local currency is the Euro €. Payment with EC/Master/Visa Card is also possible.

How much money do I need to budget per day?
There are many good restaurants and bars around Tarifa, so it really depends on whether you prefer to cook for yourself or go out for lunch and dinner every day. We recommend around 30-40€ per day.
