Your muscles will become more flexible and stronger.<\/p>\n<p>You will feel muscles that you hadn\u2019t felt before, so it\u2019ll give you a super complete workout.<\/p>\n<p>It is a great way to improve performance with this new combination.<\/p>\n<p>As you continue practicing, your head will feel different too.<\/p>\n<p>You will be much more focused on what you need to do, which is especially helpful during competitions. Concentration is required all the time in order to give the best of yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Yoga will help you also with handling stressful situations, as you will learn many breathing techniques that will let you calm down and relax easily.<\/p>\n<p>Frequent practice of asanas or yoga postures, will also decrease the chances of injuries.<\/p>\n<p>This, because yoga does not only work in making your muscles more flexible. But also it affects deep tissues and organs, such as tendons, ligaments and even bones.<\/p>\n<p>And in the event of injury, you will even heal faster.
