Es kann Zen, Sufismus, Kabbala, Yoga oder wie auch immer nennen, das Ziel ist dasselbe: <strong>Befreiung, frei und erf\u00fcllt zu sein.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vielleicht haben einige von euch diese Reise aus einem rein sportlichen Grund angefangen. Auf die Yogamatte zu gehen, kann genauso gut eine Krankheit, ein Schmerz, die Motivation zu dehnen oder einfach nur um fit zu bleiben sein. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Was einigen von uns die bereits Yoga machen oder gerade damit beginnen klar ist, wie unbewusst wir uns unserer K\u00f6rperteile sein k\u00f6nnen. Wir beginnen zu denken: \u201cOh, ich wusste nicht, dass ich diesen Bereich dehnen kann\u201d, oder \u201cWow, dieser Muskel schmerzt, wenn ich ihn dehne\u201d, oder \u201cIch wusste nicht, dass dieser Teil meines K\u00f6rpers existiert\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es ist ganz neu und sicherlich eine Entdeckung unseres Wesens in diesem erstaunlichen Ding, das wir den menschlichen K\u00f6rper nennen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Was passiert dann, nachdem du mit Yoga begonnen hast?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jetzt kommt also der lustige Teil. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Man verliebt sich in Yoga. Auf die eine oder andere Weise f\u00fchlt man sich gut, beruhigt, zentriert, selbstbewusst und mit Sicherheit k\u00f6rperbewusster. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Du lernst, wie man ihn so frei benutzen oder bewegen kann, dass das Ergebnis dieses einladende Gef\u00fchl ist, das dich immer wieder auf die Yogamatte zur\u00fcckkommen l\u00e4sst.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vielleicht sp\u00fcrst du ja auch, dass der K\u00f6rper sehr w\u00e4hlerisch ist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ja,\u2026 w\u00e4hlerisch. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn er wei\u00df, wie er sich wohlf\u00fchlt, will er nicht wieder dahin zur\u00fcckkommen, wie er sich vorher gef\u00fchlt hat. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und es geht darum, welchen K\u00f6rperteil wir uns bewegen und wie wir in diese meditative Haltung kommen, ohne dass wir es \u00fcberhaupt merken.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und warum? Meistens, weil wir uns konzentrieren m\u00fcssen. Wir m\u00fcssen zentriert und auf uns selbst ausgerichtet sein, um die Asana zu machen, du musst deine ganze Aufmerksamkeit auf die Pose richten, die du machen willst.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Es ist einfach, in eine Meditationshaltung zu gelangen<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Einstieg in eine Meditationshaltung ist einfacher als du denkst. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anstatt sich zu bewegen und sich auf die Bewegung zu konzentrieren, h\u00e4lt man inne, bewegt sich nicht und fokussiert sich auf seinen Verstand oder beobachtet die Gedanken die aufkommen und l\u00e4sst diese ohne sie zu verurteilen los.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hier in Free your Mind empfehlen wir dir, keine Angst vor der Meditation zu haben und laden dich ein, dies auf nat\u00fcrliche Weise in deinem Leben geschehen zu lassen.
