Um all diese Dinge tun zu k\u00f6nnen, musst du nicht nur stark, sondern auch flexibel und konzentriert sein.<\/p>\n<p>Deshalb ist Yoga eine perfekte Kombination zum Kitesurfen. Ich wei\u00df, das Wort Yoga klingt ein wenig be\u00e4ngstigend, vor allem, wenn Sie das Gef\u00fchl haben, dass Sie \"aus Holz\" sind, wenn Sie versuchen, Ihre Zehen mit den H\u00e4nden zu ber\u00fchren, aber glauben Sie mir, Sie werden sich viel besser f\u00fchlen, und es wird sogar Ihre Leistung verbessern!<\/p>\n<p>Lassen Sie mich Ihnen also sagen, welche Vorteile es wirklich hat, wenn Sie als Kitesurfer (oder als Sportler - wirklich) Yoga in Ihr Leben integrieren<\/p>\n<h2><b>1. das Risiko, eine Verletzung zu erleiden, enorm sinkt<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Yoga macht nicht nur Ihre Muskeln st\u00e4rker und flexibler, sondern auch Ihre Gelenke und Knochen.<\/p>\n<p>Nehmen Sie das Beispiel eines trockenen Astes und eines Weidenasts. Da dieser biegsam ist, k\u00f6nnen Sie Druck darauf aus\u00fcben und versuchen, ihn zu brechen, aber er ist viel widerstandsf\u00e4higer als ein trockener Ast. Ihre Koordination und Mobilit\u00e4t wird sich verbessern<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Wie ich oben erw\u00e4hnt habe, m\u00fcssen Sie beim Kiten viele Dinge gleichzeitig koordinieren und sich darauf konzentrieren. Durch das Praktizieren von Yoga lernen Sie, Ihren K\u00f6rper und Ihre Bewegungen besser zu kontrollieren. Ihre Atmung wird tiefer und stabiler, was Ihnen auch dabei hilft, sich zu konzentrieren und pr\u00e4senter bei dem zu sein, was Sie tun.<\/p>\n<p>All dies wird Ihnen dabei helfen, eine bessere Leistung zu erzielen und Ihnen sogar erm\u00f6glichen, neue Tricks zu machen, da Ihre Muskeln st\u00e4rker und beweglicher werden.<\/p>\n<h2><b>3. die Muskeln und Gelenke erholen sich nach dem Kiten besser und schneller<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Es gibt keine bessere M\u00f6glichkeit, Ihrem K\u00f6rper etwas Gutes zu tun, als ihn nach dem Sport gr\u00fcndlich zu dehnen.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem Sie einige Stunden im Wasser Ihre Muskeln angespannt haben, hat Ihr K\u00f6rper etwas Entspannung verdient. Durch Yoga k\u00f6nnen Sie Ihre Muskeln entspannen und Ihren Geist beruhigen.
